Benefits of Seasonal vegetables:

Our body needs nutrition and  healthy growth. A balanced diet has 6 ingredients. Namely: (1) meat or protein, (2) sugar or starch, (3) fat or oily food, (4) vitamins, (5) mineral salt and (6) water.

Sweet Pumpkin:

Sweet pumpkin is a kind of yellow large shaped vegetable. Contains Vitamin-A and Vitamin-C. Regular consumption of sweet pumpkin can prevent cataracts. 

Tomatoes:

Tomatoes are rich in carbs, calcium, vitamin-A and vitamin-C. Tomatoes regulate blood pressure and boost the body immune system. Tomatoes contain pantothenic acid, which relieves the symptoms of burning of the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet.

Onion:

Onions can help increase our bone density. Onions prevent heart attack. Onion allergy protects against bronchitis, mouth and esophagus cancer and diabetes daily. There is no pair of onion in curry cooking in daily life. Onions also help control diabetes. Onions slow down the process of calcium deficiency in the body.

Carrots:

Carrots play a vital role in improving vision, cancer, radiant skin, strong antiseptics, prevention of heart disease, healthy teeth and gums, and stroke prevention. In addition to reducing unnecessary fat in the liver and bile, carrots solve many complex problems such as insomnia and headaches. Carrots are rich in antioxidants, vitamin A and vitamin C. Carrots keep the body blood circulation normal and benefit the heart.

Sweet Potatoes:

Sweet potatoes contain Vitamin A, B6, C, D and Magnesium. Sweet potatoes keep us free from heart attack, flu virus, cancer, toxic headaches. It also plays an important role in the formation of bones, heart, nerves, skin, and teeth, and in the production of red and white blood cells.

Eggplant:

Eggplant is rich in fiber, minerals, Vitamin A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium, Protein, Minerals, Manganese and Thiamine. 

Capsicum:

Capsicum is known all over the world as sweet pepper. Capsicum is green, red, yellow, orange, chocolate. Capsicum can keep lung, colon, bladder and pancreas free from cancer.

Mushrooms:

Mushrooms cure diseases like diabetes, jaundice, hypertension, cancer, tumors, dengue fever, obesity etc. Contains Rich in copper, potassium, iron,  vitamins.

Soybeans:

Soybeans contain oil, pulses, milk, spinach and even khail, which are used as food. It is anti-cancer and beneficial in hormonal problems. 

Cucumber:

Effective in curing kidney and stomach inflammation.

Cabbage:

Cabbage contains iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium and vitamins ‘C’ and ‘E’. 

Kachu:

Kachu vegetables are rich in vitamins A, B, C and calcium, iron and other nutrients. As it has sufficient fiber, kachu sak also plays an effective role in the process of digestion of human body.

Bit:

Rich in minerals and vitamins. Bits are useful in cleansing the blood, in liver disease, in constipation, in maintaining the health of the nervous system.

Potatoes:

Potato is a balanced and nutritious food. Potatoes like vegetables have fiber, mineral salts, vitamins and vegetable proteins. Potatoes contain sugars, proteins, mineral salts, potassium and vitamins.

Chichinga:

Chichinga contains sugars, carbs, calcium, iron and dietary C.

Zucchini:

Coriander leaves:

Coriander leaves are a good source of vitamins A, C and K. Coriander leaves have a remarkable combination of phytonutrients that keep the nerves cool. So sleep is easy. Those who spend sleepless nights, they can eat coriander leaves. Coriander leaves have antioxidant properties, beta carotene, vitamin C and all the necessary ingredients, which are able to prevent cancer cells.

Red Spinach:

Red spinach is a popular spinach. After cooking, the color of spinach becomes dark red. 

Kalmishak:

Kalmishak has many nutritional properties. It is rich in vitamins A, B, C, calcium, iron and other nutrients. Kalmisha has much more vitamin B-1 than helencha, thankuni, kachu and punishak. Vitamin B-1 in Kalmisha keeps the nervous system strong and normal. 

Stem:
