5 Daily Habits That Silently Damage The Brain
The brain is the most important organ of our body. The brain controls all the activities of the body. Also, all the functions of the body, including thinking, creating and controlling emotions, are directly and indirectly managed by the brain.
Some of our daily habits can damage the brain. Maybe we do not give much importance to these habits. Or we think that these habits will not have much impact. However, we have to take our own steps to protect our brain. So we should know these habits and give them up quickly.
1. Everyone food: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating food rich in nutrients required by the body in the morning helps the brain function properly. If the brain lacks nutrients and glucose, mental state and attention go out of control due to imbalance in the brain. So we should eat good food in the morning. Otherwise, energy production decreases and the release of stress hormones increases.
2. When we do something, our brain works to maintain attention. When we do multiple things at once, the work of the brain also increases. Doing multiple things at once causes the brain to be stressed due to the division of attention. As a result, the brain loses its ability to think deeply, retain memories, and perform complex tasks.
3. Headphones are used for daily tasks. Loud noises have a negative effect on both the ears and the brain. In many cases, the ears are damaged so much that their hearing is affected. Also, since the ears are related to the thinking area of the brain, many people face problems like fatigue and memory loss.
4. Our brain works less during sleep, so it compensates. If we do not get enough sleep, it becomes difficult to learn new things, make decisions, and control our mood.
5. Blue light or blue rays emitted from mobile phones or computers are harmful to both the eyes and the brain. This blue light disrupts our sleep routine, which directly affects the part of the brain that controls memory, attention, and peace of mind.
