Although these two feelings seem close to each other, there are several fundamental differences between them.
Infatuation

- Selfish: Infatuation, one own needs or desires take precedence. There is little thought given to what the other person wants.
- Temporary: It fades over time. Infatuation also diminishes when the person or situation changes.
- Deprivation of reality: Infatuation, reality is often ignored and one withdraws into a world of fantasy.
- High excitement and desire: Infatuation, emotions are intense and volatile, and decisions are also made hastily.
True love:
- Slow, deep feelings: Love develops gradually over time through trust and understanding.
- Selfless: In this, the well-being and happiness of the other person is more important than oneself.
- Permanent and deep: Love remains even when circumstances change. It sustains the relationship.
- Realistic: Love is realistic and thinks about the future.
- Tolerant and self-controlled: Love involves empathy, patience, and a sense of responsibility for each other.
In short:
Infatuation is defined as an intense feeling of admiration or interest for someone. Love is defined as a warm attachment and devotion to another person. Infatuation is a superficial feeling. Love reflects a deeper connection.

Love: Long-lasting, deep, and stable, the well-being of others, realistic, and trust-based
