It is important to create a work mood after waking up in the morning. This prepares the body and mind for the stress of the day. For this, here are some things you can do-


1. Start the morning by taking steps to eliminate dehydration. Since you do not drink water for a long time due to sleep, drinking water in the morning is beneficial for the body. Mix lemon juice with a glass of lukewarm water. The vitamin-C in lemon increases liver activity and boosts immunity. Also, starting the day with water helps to remove toxins accumulated overnight.


2. After waking up, take 5 to 10 minutes of deep breathing and meditation. This makes it easier for oxygen to enter the body. Due to good supply of oxygen, the cells function well and the work of removing carbon dioxide becomes easier.


3. Light exercise in the morning keeps the body active. It can be yoga or some simple exercises, which will affect the blood circulation of the body and help in removing toxins from the body through sweat.
