Skin care in winter

Winter wind takes away all the moisture from the skin and damages the skin. Along with the cold wind, invisible harmful elements come into contact with the skin. Moreover, the condition worsens when the skin is polluted in winter. Therefore, special care should be taken during winter and the skin should be kept free from pollution. For this, you can do some things-

1. Cleansing: The mainstay of skin care is cleansing, i.e. keeping it clean. Due to the wind in winter, many pollutants and makeup residues can accumulate on the skin. These can be easily removed by cleansing the face using a cleanser containing biolipids. It maintains moisture in the skin and makes the face look fresh.

2. Cream: Due to fog and dust, the skin can become dirty and signs of premature aging can appear. To avoid this problem, protective cream should be used. It creates a thin barrier on the pores of the face. Using this cream also plays an effective role in keeping the skin hydrated.

3. Serum: Hyper pigmentation and dull skin are two major problems that occur in winter. When molecules enter the skin with cold air, they oxidize and darken. As a result, the skin tone is not the same everywhere on the skin. Therefore, a serum should be selected that looks good for the skin. Generally, skin whitening serums contain kojic acid, which can make the skin feel uncomfortable. Therefore, serums containing aureopeptide-3 should be used, which will help remove wrinkles on the skin.

4. Natural ingredients: There is no alternative to using natural ingredients in skin care. Oils made from watermelon or passion fruit extract create a very strong defense on the skin. The antioxidants and vitamin E present in these fruits hydrate and smooth the skin.

5. Body: Generally, skin care refers to taking care of the skin of the face. In winter, it will affect not only the face, but also the skin of the entire body. So that the skin does not darken in winter, a good body wash should be used while bathing. Especially the knees and elbows hurt more in winter. Natural oils, lotions, etc. should be used in these areas. In short, the skin of the face as well as the entire body should be taken care of.

6. Nourishment from the inside: In winter, it is definitely necessary to take care of the skin from the outside. However, care should be taken from the inside as well as the outside. Meeting the body antioxidant needs through natural ingredients increases the radiance of the skin. Bilberry extract, rich in astaxanthin and anthocyanins, is a very high-quality natural ingredient, which provides nutrition from the inside of the skin. Natural food ingredients without preservatives are the most beneficial for the skin.
