How can I protect my teeth every day?

What to do every day to keep your teeth healthy

Everyone loves a beautiful smile with healthy teeth. The first thing to do after waking up in the morning is to brush your teeth with a brush and paste. Teeth are one of the most important parts of the oral cavity. Apart from chewing food, teeth are directly related to external beauty. Therefore, apart from daily brushing, special steps should be taken in dental care. Because if the food stuck in the teeth is not cleaned properly, it can cause various dental diseases and problems; Such stench can lead to unpleasant situations in public.

Dental care should basically start at night before going to bed. Food eaten throughout the day can get stuck in the corners of the teeth. Those foods at night can damage the teeth in many ways. So to keep oral health and breath free from bad breath, take care of teeth every night.

Dental care tips-

1. After waking up in the morning, the inside of the mouth should be cleaned first with water. The stagnation of the night should be removed by combing.

2. There is no substitute for good brushing. It is best to use a soft brush. The softer the brush the better. Stiff bristles can damage gums. Try using fluoride toothpaste or tooth powder.

3. Start brushing from one side of the gum and slowly move to the other side. Brush 2 to 3 teeth at a time by centering the brush. Each rug should be cleaned by rubbing on the teeth, front, back and around. Try to brush at about a 45 degree angle from the gums. Brush for at least 2 minutes daily.

4. Sometimes the brush cannot reach all corners of the teeth and clean them. Dental floss is especially used to clean the space between two teeth. An interdental brush can also be used as an alternative.

5. Bacteria or food particles may remain on the tongue. Gently scrub the tongue with a brush for a while to clean these impurities. You can also use a tongue scraper separately if you prefer.

6. Brushing basically cleans the food particles stuck in the teeth. However, it is not possible to completely eliminate the effect of various bacteria caused by food in the mouth. So mouth wash should be used after brushing. This can reduce the chance of developing problems caused by bacteria such as gingivitis.

7. Dehydration can cause various diseases in the body as well as in the face. So it is recommended to develop the habit of drinking enough water.

8. Just as you should brush and floss in the morning and use mouthwash, you should also clean your teeth at night before going to bed. It reduces the risk of dental disease.

Eat as little sweet or sugary foods as possible, gargle after each meal, avoid sticky foods. Also visit the doctor for a dental checkup.
