7 Habits that make you look older than your age!

Habits that cause signs of aging


Who does not want to prevent age! Whether female or male; Age wrinkles on the face, young wrinkled skin that shows age. If you want to prevent the signs of aging, take action early. Some of the habits that can interfere with maintaining good health in life are mentioned-


1. Incomplete Sleep: Sleep is the body natural mechanism to eliminate deficiency and fatigue. If you do not get enough sleep every day, the release of stress hormones increases. It starts to reduce skin tension. Not only that, the muscles of the face also reduce their ability to fight toxins. Sagging skin, dark spots under the eyes, wrinkles etc. Sleep at least 8 hours a day.


2. Medicines: Excessive use of medicines, especially smoking and alcoholic beverages, can accelerate the process of skin sagging. Because alcohol dehydrates the skin and reduces collagen production. Besides, smoking destroys elastin protein. It causes skin wrinkles, fine lines and dull complexion.


3. Dehydration: Adequate water intake is a prerequisite for healthy skin. Dehydration is responsible for aging not only skin, but also internal health, increasing the likelihood of many diseases. Drink at least 7 to 8 glasses of water a day.


4. Lack of exercise: Daily exercise improves blood circulation in the body. It increases skin radiance. Lack of exercise causes signs of skin aging. Apart from this, one can stay free from many diseases like diabetes, heart disease, weight gain through exercise.


5. Sunlight: Ultraviolet (UV) rays are directly involved in losing skin elasticity. If you spend too much time in the sun every day, your skin will age faster. So use sunscreen every day before going outside.


6. Stress: Unbeknownst to many, stress plays a very important role in aging. Due to emotional turmoil, the skin cells become dull prematurely. Focus on meditation, yoga exercises and adequate rest to maintain skin radiance and vitality.


7. Unhealthy food: Junk food not only depletes the body of nutrients but also fills the body with bad stuff. Excess oily food causes acne on the face. Again, sugar and packaged foods can cause inflammation in the body. Due to these reasons, signs of aging appear at an early age. Hence a balanced and healthy eating routine should be followed.


These habits cause aging. If there is more irregularity, these symptoms appear at a young age. So these bad habits should be abandoned as soon as there is time.
