The main causes of indoor air pollution include certain daily activities and certain types of substances that degrade indoor air quality. Air pollution increases the risk of breathing problems, headaches, allergies and various physical problems.

Cooking fumes and stove gases:

Smoking indoors causes air pollution with nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, and other toxins in tobacco smoke.
