How to make butter at home or how butter can be used in beauty treatments

Below I will talk in detail about two things:

How to make butter at home (homemade white butter)

Required ingredients:

Cow thick curd (raw milk malai or cream stored for 2–3 days)

Cold water

Earth pot or large pot

Hand mixer / hand beater / blender

Preparation method:

Collect the milk curd or cream stored in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.

Make thick curd from it (homemade sour curd is better).

Leave that curd overnight in a cold place.

In the morning, keep churning the curd in a pot with cold water (by hand or in a blender).

After a while, you will see a white butter lump forming on top.

Separate the butter and wash it in cold water.

If you want, you can heat this butter and make ghee.

Use of butter in beauty treatments

1. To make the skin smooth and soft

1 teaspoon butter

A few drops of lemon juice

Mix it on the face, leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off. The face will be smooth and bright.

2. For chapped lips

Apply white butter directly on the lips

Apply it before going to bed at night, the lips will be soft and pink.

3. For cracked heels and rough feet

Mix a little coconut oil in butter and apply it on the feet and sleep wearing socks.

4. For hair care (deep conditioning)

Massage hot ghee or butter on the scalp.

If you leave it for 30 minutes and shampoo, the hair becomes soft, shiny and dandruff-free.

5. Face pack (for dry skin)

Make a pack by mixing butter + gram flour + a pinch of turmeric

Apply on face and leave for 15 minutes and wash off

3-day home skincare routine a week

Below is a 3-day home skincare routine a week, using natural ingredients, especially butter. This routine will help keep the skin soft, radiant and hydrated.

3-day home skincare routine a week (morning or night)

Day 1: Nourishing and Softening Care (Butter + Honey Care)

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon homemade white butter

1/2 teaspoon pure honey

Usage:

Wash and dry your face.

Mix butter and honey well and apply on your face.

Leave on for 15–20 minutes, then wash off with lukewarm water.

Benefits: Skin will be soft, radiant and hydrated.

Day 2: Exfoliation and Brightness (Besan + Milk + Butter Scrub)

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon gram flour

1 teaspoon milk

1/2 teaspoon butter

Usage:

Mix all the ingredients to make a pack.

Apply to face and leave for 10 minutes, then rub with fingers and remove slowly.

Wash face with cold water.

Benefits: Dead cells are removed, skin becomes smooth and tight.

Day 3: Deep care and moisturizing (Butter Massage & Steam)

Step 1:

Take 1 teaspoon butter and massage lightly on face for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2:

Take hot water in a bowl and steam your face for 5 minutes (safely, not on stove, cover your head with a towel).

Step 3:

After steaming, wash your face and refresh with cold water.

Benefits: Pores are cleared, skin gets deep softness.

Time to follow the routine:

You can divide these three routines into Monday – Wednesday – Saturday or according to your convenience.

If necessary, you will get better results if you do it at night, because the skin recovers more at night.

Additional tips:

You can wipe your face with just rose water or cucumber juice every morning.

You can apply a little butter or ghee around the lips and eyes before going to bed at night (anti-wrinkle effect).

Drink plenty of water and get proper sleep — these are also "skincare" for the skin.

Conclusion:

Homemade butter is not only a healthy food, but also great for natural skin and hair care. It can be used in beauty treatments without any chemicals.
