Foli Fish kopta
Materials-
Foli fish: 1 t
Ginger-Yellow: Slight
Green chillies: 2 t
Masala: 1 tsp
Onion: 2 t
Coriander leaves: A little
Oil-Salt: As per quantity
Method-
First, clean the Foli Fish.
Foli Fish should be pounded with something so as not to tear the skin of the fish.
When the skin of the fish is crushed well, the skin should be peeled off.
All bones must be removed from the flesh of the fish.
After removing all the bones of the Foli Fish, it should be mixed with chilli, turmeric, ginger, onion and coriander leaves.
After mixing all the ingredients, put the fish inside and put the skin back in its original place.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the Foli Fish in the oil.
Fry in low flame until brown.
Garnish and serve.
