Why does Allah make the chosen ones lonely?

Why does Allah make the chosen ones lonely?

Why does Allah make the chosen ones lonely?

Behind this question lies an extraordinary spiritual mystery and eternal love.

Why does Allah make the chosen ones lonely?

Because — in loneliness, Allah draws His beloved servants closer.

Those who truly want the love of Allah, Allah takes them away from the hustle and bustle of the world and makes them lonely, so that they only turn to Him, feel His closeness.

Some wisdom (reasons for wisdom) behind keeping Allah alone:

1. Allah wants you to build a relationship with Him, not anyone else.

When people are lonely, they seek help from Allah above all else.

Allah wants you to trust in Him, not in people.

2. Allah wants to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the world and give you peace of mind.

The company of people is not always pure or right.

So Allah sometimes makes His beloved ones lonely so that they can achieve self-purification.

3. Allah wants to make you His friend.

Allah beloved servants are often abandoned by the world,

but they are the most honored in the Hereafter.

4. You are not alone — with you is He who is closer than all things.

"Indeed, I am with you, I hear and see."

(Surah Towa-Ha, 20:46)

Examples in the lives of some prophets:

Ibrahim (AS) — was alone in the crowd of idolaters.

Moses (AS) — was alone in Midian, then on Mount Tur.

Yahya (AS) and Jesus (AS) — were the closest to Allah despite being far from society.

The Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) — used to worship alone in the Cave of Hira, suffered, yet he is the most beloved.

If you are suffering from loneliness now

Then this too can be an opportunity to respond to a silent call from Allah.

This is a kind of spiritual education —

where you will learn how to immerse yourself in the love of Allah.
