Engergy Boost Drink Juice Recipe at Iftar

Iftar will quench the thirst of the whole day to quench the fatigue of fasting and sherbet is a very popular food to relieve fatigue. A glass of sherbet is very effective in relieving fatigue and strengthening the body. So let us make a healthy sherbet at Iftar. Let us take a look at some easy, delicious sherbet preparation methods.


1.Chira Sherbet

Materials:

Chira 1 cup (Rinse well, apply a pinch of salt and soak in water)

4 tablespoons of sugar

2 drops of vanilla

4 glasses of milk

1 banana.


Preparation:

First cool the milk with salt.

Then discard the banana lentils and cut into 4 pieces

Then put all the ingredients together in a blender and blend well.

Then put it in a jar and put it in a normal fridge.

When it is time for Iftar, pour it in a glass and serve it.


2. Lemon Sherbet

Materials:

2 lemons

4 glasses of water

1 tablespoon of this bran (soak for 2 hours)


Preparation: Mix all the ingredients together.

Then sift.

Refrigerate later to cool.

Serve iftar when cold.


3. Watermelon juice

Materials:

2 cups of watermelon,

2 tablespoons of sugar,

Half a teaspoon of bit salt,

Ice piece 4.


Preparation: Mix all the ingredients including watermelon crumbs and blend.

Then pour into a jar and refrigerate.

When cold, serve with watermelon juice.


4. Tamarind juice

Materials:

Tamarind

Bit salt

Sugar

Chili powder

Cold water


Preparation:

First separate the beech from the tamarind and wrap the tamarind in a bowl.

Mix enough water with tamarind.

Now mix all the ingredients one by one with the tamarind and keep stirring for 10 minutes. Then strain the mixture into another container. Pour into a glass and serve with ice cubes.


5. Mint pasta lachchi

Materials:

Mint 2 tablespoons

1 cup of sweet yogurt

Pesto nuts 1 tbsp

Pepper 1 piece

2 tablespoons of sugar


Preparation:

Now blend all the ingredients very well in a blender

Then pour into a glass and serve sprinkled with ice cubes and mint.
