Kucho Nimki Recipe
Ingredients:
Flour: 400 grams
Almond oil: 4 tbsp
Salt: As per quantity
Black cumin: 1 tsp
Frying Oil: As per quantity
Method:
Mix salt and black cumin in the dry flour and knead it like dough with Mayan.
Knead the dough and roll it like a big disk about 16 inches thick.
Now cut it with a long barfi knife.
Deep fry in oil.
