Egg Cutlets Recipe
Ingredients:
Boiled eggs: 4,
Raw Eggs: 2,
Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon,
Garlic paste: 1/2 tsp,
Onion paste: 1 tsp,
Chilli paste: 1/2 tsp,
Gram flour: 1 cup,
Salt: As per quantity,
Biscuit powder: 2 cups,
White oil for frying: As per quantity.
Method:
Cut the boiled eggs into thin slices. Mix all the remaining ingredients except oil and biscuit powder together to form a thick mixture. Dip one slice of egg in this mixture and fry in oil after applying biscuit powder. Serve hot with onion rings and cucumber slices.
