Egg Pakoras Recipe
Ingredients:
Eggs: 3,
Gram flour: 150 grams,
Oil: 200 grams,
Black Cumin: As per quantity,
Salt: As per quantity.
Method:
Boil the egg and peel it and cut it lengthwise into two pieces. Mix gram flour, egg, black cumin, salt in a bowl and make balls. The round should be thick. Dip the egg pieces in gram flour and fry in hot oil. Then serve hot.
