Padma Luchi Delicious Breakfast Recipe
flour 1 kg,
Amount of oil for frying,
1/2 cup of good ghee,
Salt 1/2 tsp.
250 grams of minced meat,
Onion juice 2 tbsp.
Ginger juice 1 tablespoon,
1 tablespoon of garlic juice,
Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon,
Like the amount of salt,
like a sweet quantity,
White oil 3 tbsp.
Mix the dough with ghee and salt and cover it with a wet cloth.
Boil the minced meat and mash the juices.
Heat oil in a pan and add boiled mince and keep frying well.
When the spices are fried and the color of the mince is golden, then take it down and spread the garam masala and cover it.
Knead the flour well again and roll out the lochi.
Put a little stuffing on one loohi and cover it with another loohi and press well around.
Deep fry in oil and serve hot.
