Sour-Jhal Kachuri Recipe
Ingredients:
Soaked chickpeas: As per quantity
Garlic: 2/1 clove,
Ripe Tamarind: Small quantity,
Flour: Amount as per
Raw Chillies: 3/4
Salt: As per quantity,
Sugar: As per quantity,
Almond or mustard oil: As per quantity.
Method:
Grind chickpeas, coriander leaves, green chillies, tamarind, garlic together.
Fry this masala with oil in a pan and add salt and sugar.
Mix with flour, ghee and salt. Take a small low ball and cover it with another loose ball and braid it all around.
