Coconut kachori Recipe
Flour: 500 grams,
Raisins: 50 grams,
Cinnamon Bata: As per quantity,
Crushed small cardamom: as quantity,
Salt: As per quantity,
Sugar: As per quantity.
Grate the coconut and mix it with raisins, crushed cinnamon cardamom, little sugar and salt. Give raisins too.
Now knead the flour with more ghee.
After that, knead the dough and make a balloon.
Put some filling on a little loachi and wrap it around with a little loachi dhaka.
Deep fry in oil and serve hot.
