Chickpea dal halwa Recipe
Ingredients:
Chickpea dal: 400 grams,
Sugar: 700 grams,
Ghee: 500 grams,
Coconut: 1
Raisins: 150 grams,
Cashews: 50 grams,
Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon,
Salt: As per quantity.
Method:
Wash chickpeas well and soak overnight.
Keep the coconut in a bowl.
Grind the dal well.
Add ghee to the pan and keep stirring with dalbata, sugar, coconut.
When the dal turns brown and the dal leaves the pan, take it out and spread it in a plate.
Once cool, cut into squares and serve.
